Crew a little tired

The crew have very little time our waiters in the evening work the breakfast which starts at 0730 which means they are thereby 0630 Brady lady's until after 1000 then they lay for lunch. Which starts at noon till 1400.  Then a swift tidy and formal tea. At 1500.  Then clean up again and dinner starts at 1730. To 2200 this is every day
